This program is intensive and requires students to be focused on their studies and prioritize their education over other competing needs.  Graduates from this program will enter the workforce with greater confidence in their abilities as a direct result of the enhanced content and instructional hours. The Enhanced Program consists of the 18 core courses (same as the Natural Nutrition Program) but also includes extra components like the Holistic Culinary Certificate, Program Builders, Labs, and more.

Program Schedule & Time Commitment: Instruction is Monday-Friday, 9am-1pm AST (some Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday classes can go later). Program lasts 30 weeks (excluding breaks). It equals to 20 hours of live instruction per week. Final board exam is in June.

  • The Enhanced Program includes 10 cooking classes, done virtually from your own kitchen, which equals 30 hours of hands-on cooking instruction.
  • There is also more time spent with the instructor to work on case study presentations, communications, applications, and writing required reports. As a result of this additional instruction, less time is required by students on their own time.
  • Time is still required for some homework and case study interviews and/or writing, however students will have time in the additional instructional hours to work on these requirements too.
